Spent $$$ on this. Waste. Wont be ordering from here again. Papa Murphy's going fwd. Edit: I found the email address based on past reviews. I emailed them the same day of my order (1/11) I have yet to get an email reply. It's 1/25 - still no response from my email. It's 07/01 - still no response from my email.
Do not trust the online order system. If you update your address and remove an old one before you place order it will still be delivered to the old address. The store takes no responsibility for their own systems mistake. My last ever order from this place.
I'm so frustrated. I ordered pizza on Saturday (8/13) the card machine was acting up. No problem. They call and tell me the problem and it all works out in the end. I check my acct got charged MULTIPLE times. No worries. I can get a refund right? RIGHT? No apparently. I have to WAIT until Wednesday. And MAYBE it will go back on my card and MAYBE the manager will know how to do a refund. I'm sorry WHAT?! The female on the phone was so rude and short with me. I can't understand how your store is staffed with people who don't know how to operate the business ????
