I really hate to make a bad review of a restaurant I like, but seriously, they deserved it because I made my order with my app it was almost 10 pm. They have 2 drive thru lines, but only one was open, and they offer at my order to pick up at the counter , but the lobby was already closed and even I talk to one employee he only said that they already closed the lobby, I had to go make a line with more than 10 cars in front of me, when finally I got to the window they said that they can't find my order, I was wondering how many order with the same name can be there, I show to them my order was made more than 30 minutes ago and when finally they give me my food.... my food was cold. And the guy at the window doesn't say sorry about all the time I have to wait. There are more options around avoid this place if you guys don't want a bad experience.
