Food and service is usually ok, lately it has gone drastically downhill. Constantly out of something. Recently is was soy sauce. How does a Chinese restaurant run out of soy sauce? It's a staple item. Might as well be out of rice...
Food was good. My issue is with the professionalism of the employees. They were out of chow mein, so they sat my food aside and proceeded to take other orders (which is alright). My issue comes into play when I counted they took and served the orders of 12 customers AFTER the chow mein was ready. Rest of my food was cold when I finally got my order...
Had to wait for 1 food item. The Orange Chicken was very spicy, a lot more than usual and not much of an orange flavor. Will not be going back there for a long while .. There is another Chinese place around the corner from Albertsons on Bailey Boswell that is 100% better. Parking: 2 handicap spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
