I will never go inside at Taco Bell. When I go inside, I expect to talk to someone face to face. I was really disappointed in having to order in a Kios. So, I walked out and went through the drive up. So stupid.
Worst customer service, and nothing was correct from my order. I ordered a deluxe cravings box with a beffy 5 layer, crispy melt taco, and a chalupa supreme, and the only thing right was the chalupa supreme. When I was in the middle of ordering, the worker cut me off, saying it came with all of that and told me to just pull forward.
Great Customer Service, Very Polite, and Fast Service. I would suggest that they have a Much easier way for Customer to access their restrooms without going to the to ask them to unlock it with a hand held remote inside lol. But other than that, The current staff can Keep up the Great Work !!! ????????????
