Housed in a former Long John Silver's building, this place offers good pizza. They have enough variety and large, floppy slices. They also have bottled sodas made with actual sugar instead of corn sweetener. The parking is good, although the exit lane to the rear has a couple of rather large potholes that need mending. Parking: As mentioned, there are some potholes. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon.
Ordered a 16” half & half (Al forno with pepperoni & Nice slice added hot honey) 1st time here per a recommendation and it’s worth the drive! I live in Florida and am here for a few months; this is we’ll be my new go to pizza spot! So many options to try. Bring a friend or family as the serving sizes are massive.
Being from NY, I didn’t have high expectations for pizza in KC. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the flavor of the sauce and pizza is. I got the federal hill Sicilian square slice and it was crispy and buttery with a really nice meaty flavor. Their garlic knots were so good too.
