Food is fine. Service is lousy at best... We are new to Phoenix area and looking for real Chinese food. The dishes are reasonably and competitively priced for American-Chinese food. But if you expect service, don't bother. We walked in and no-one gave us a greeting of any kind. After standing at the door for several minutes, we were motioned to pick our own table to sit down. Then a very unprofessional teenage looking kid with unkempt hair took our order. He did not even write down the order. Of course, the order came up wrong, and then we were blamed for not making it clear to him. We ate the food, not half bad, and taste fine for American-Chinese dishes. But wouldn't pass for good authentic Chinese food. We may or may not go back. If we go back, it would be for the reasonable price, and can't find any other decent Chinese restaurant in this new town we moved to; if we don't go back, it would be for the total lack of service and unprofessionalism.

Ordered two different combo meals, received 1, when I ordered young man who took said order stated will be ready in 5 minutes, they must pre cook all food, not cooked to order. Server had bad attitude, food is expensive and very bad, can't believe they are still in business.

Very dissatisfied with today's carry out order. Ordered a combo and did not receive rice, egg roll, soup or won ton !! Shrimp egg foo young was way over cooked !! Always enjoyed the food, but when price goes up and quality goes down, you lose my business !
