When you think about what customer service is and should be, this place provides absolutely that and more! I ordered lunch online and when I went in to pick it up, I discovered I had mistakenly ordered at the OTHER restaurant. With no time and ability to drive to the other location and back to work, I was slightly worried about what I needed to do to correct my mistake. The cashier was beyond amazing. She informed me she would contact the other location and let them know of the issue, along with having her cook make what we ordered at the same time! Before I could even blink, the food was done!! She and the cook were extremely helpful and super quick! I was beyond grateful for her help in fixing my error without a second thought. She also provided me with their phone number and let me know calling her to order would be so much easier next time! Believe me, there is certainly going to be a next time! Our first visit and we will definitely be back! The service was exceptional and the food was delish! The birria was spot on, the freshly made hot sauces were all so different and tasty. I think their Jamaica and horchata are also the best that I have had in a long time. So happy we found this place while we were out running errands. It’s not close to our home, but distance doesn’t matter when you find a gem like this.

I'm sorry but $12.00 for a chicken burrito with chips only, is a ripoff. Every place I have ordered a chicken burrito at always comes with rice and beans and not store brought chips. I will definitely not be back. I gave it 2 stars one stars for the food and I would have to say the waitress was great so 5 stars for her and the service.
