Unfortunately I've had two bad experiences here. For the first visit our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and we received the wrong side dish. I completed a survey from the receipt and was pleasantly surprised to recieve a call from the manager inviting us back for a meal, gratis. Food arrived promptly the second time, but we still recieved a an incorrect side, and undercooked has browns. This restaurant is understaffed and the employees are likely overworked.
My 8-year-old daughter and I had a breakfast date at IHOP specifically because of the Minion menu. She had the Ba-Ba-Bannana Pancakes and I had the create your own pancake combo with Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. Although there were a few things that could have been better the overall experience was great. The waitresses were all friendly, and the food was delicious. We ended our breakfast with a strawberry shake for the road and my daughter couldn't have been happier.
