We had a larger group, 10 for a birthday celebration and we were seated out on the patio on a Monday night. The hostess let us know they had 2 servers for the whole restaurant. Which we understood and expected slow service. We tried ordering drinks and they were out of a lot of mixers so settled on some margaritas. We love their chips and salsa but no refills because no wait staff. Our food came out, everything was good a first then found a long hair in one dish, disgusting. The kids meals were good but really thirty since they had small drinks and no refills came. We were all really disappointed at this location. Scottsdale location is very good, we'll go there next time.
We came here for lunch one time and that was more than enough for us. The food portions were really small, greasy, and not much flavor. We were recommended this place to try because it was new, but unfortunately we’re not visiting again. The staffs were nice, the restaurant was clean but the food was not good at all. Most of our party left the food untouched.
We tried to love this restaurant, typically huge tequila and Mexican food fans. However this place is terrible from the drinks, to food and last but not least the service. The first time: The food was also terrible. I got the fish tacos and they tasted like the restaurant reheated fish sticks and add them to the tortilla… but then serviced the food cold. The margarita was flat out terrible. I was sitting at the bar and still the service was awful! Which on my opinion was an issue since the restaurant was not busy and I was the only one at the bar. The second time: The first drink was the “comfortably numb”. This drink was not balanced from the acid/tartness. The waitress said they just didn’t add simple syrup because they were out? I ended up getting agave and adding it myself. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas, which were okay at best. The meal was mostly cheese with only a few shrimp. The kick was my food was just flat out not made, everyone else got there food 15 minutes before me. I
