The professionalism was outstanding from planning to having the event. Sarah, our sales manager was great. She answered all of my silly questions without judgment. The manager on site the day of (started with a T) was so great to myself and all of our guests. Thank you!!

Excellent service ~ Hat's off to all the staff who made our "Bridal Shower" a success. The room was perfect, the manager on duty was very helpful and the staff was friendly & efficient. Oh, and the brunch was displayed so nice and so very yummy ;-) . Great job and thanks for everything!!

On the day of the wedding overall the experience was great the friendliness of the staff and the food quality was fantastic. Everyone was very inviting and helpful as we needed and we were able to adjust the schedule accordingly so great job there! Some constructive criticism is that we should make sure the communication between the sales manager event manager and general manager is consistent with the staff. The day before when we came to set up it seemed as though the details were not flown appropriately to the team. Therefore I spent some time with Leah to make sure that everything we needed was documented for the day of the event. At the end of day everything went very smoothly and we received very great feedback from our guests in terms of Food, the staff, and the event as a whole so great job everyone! If you ever need to hire a coordinator part time let me know and I’ll help coordinate. FYI we have some guests who want to use the venue in the future for their kids and grandkids
