I haven't been to a cracker barrel since I was a child, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but between the food, the atmosphere, and the fantastic staff, I was blown away! I ordered the maple bacon grilled chicken and found that it was easy to tear apart and enjoy, with bacon that tasted like it was homemade and cooked with love. The sides of sweet potatoes as well were amazing, the sheer size of them for a side dish surprised me too. The best part about the stay; it only cost around $50 to feed a family of 3, even with an appetizer!
Absolutely fantastic food and our waitress Yeabsira was amazing. The macaroni and cheese was some of the BEST restaurant Mac I’ve had. I was very pleasantly impressed! What a nice little gem!
If I could have left less than 1 star, I would have. I was given a gift card as a gift and went for breakfast. The first thing I noticed upon entering the gift shop was the terrible odor. Not really sure where that was coming from.....the whole place was nasty. Floors in every nook and cranny we're just plain disgusting. None had any explanation not that it would have mattered. Lesson of the day ....stay away. Spent the gift card in the store and left.....never to go back.
