Panera Bread

Multiple atmospheres to sit in. They have a wonderful balcony with a fireplace, and a great selection of delicious comfort foods. Mac and cheese is extraordinary, and their cheddar broccoli soup is to die for! Parking: Decent parking spaces available, with lots of room and easy navigation

Placed a delivery order and my pastry item was not in the bag. Called the store and let them know. Was told "if it wasn't in the bag, we don't have it in store" but no one called to ask if there was a replacement item I would accept. Was also told that they can't do single item refunds over the phone. The options I was given were to lose out on my $6 or drive to the store myself that night/following day (between a certain time) and grab a different pastry. Not impressed. Don't understand how a corporation doesn't offer a replacement item before leaving, tell me to come in the next day or take my money for an item they did not provide.

This place is trash. Have fun waiting 30 minutes for frozen food on your lunch break or ordering ahead but never having your food made, but instead told they forget your order. Yea, no thanks
