Well, the 1st mistake they hired somebody, and they did not let this poor boy shadow with anybody. Needless to say, he made some mistakes with us and couldn't make the meal the way we wanted, and we could not understand that at all. The manager did come over and finally told the boy that there was a place on the computer to change what the customer wanted, so obviously, he was not trained properly in serving. He cannot be blamed at all he was as nice as he could be. The other big problem was it took one hour to get our food by the time. I had to send it back to be reheated. There really was so many mistakes. The manager came over and gave us a twenty dollar gift card to come back so that was good customer service.
Been talking about trying this place since we moved to Oviedo in 2021. Should’ve come sooner. Austin, our server, is awesome and had the best recommendations. Give this man a raise and some plaques. The chicken cavapatti on white whine pink sauce with sun dried tomatoes was one of the best restaurant pasta I’ve ever tasted. Live piano music really set the mood for our weekly date night.
