Chick-fil-A

If I could give a zero I would, every single time I come here it takes a ridiculously long time to get through the line. They all would rather talk & hangout than give out food. Forget things on a regular basis. I just went through the drive thru and witnessed a worker begging for a refill from the employee on the inside of the window while our food sat out. Had to remind them to give it to us. Overall awful experience 9/10 times that I go

The new location is such a disappointment. The layout of the interior is not functional. You enter the building to an L shape and turn to your left to find the strange front counter that only has registers and nothing else. The dining room portion is around the other side of the L shape. There is no station to get yourself extra napkins or straws. There is no front counter to ask for drink refills. And everything is now done behind a wall so you can’t see what they are doing. The owner claims he had to chose a break room over a play area. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice a play area because of a breakroom. Many people come to chick fil a so they can not only eat but also let their children play indoors away from the heat or rainy weather. And, now the casselberry location is doing construction to their lobby and closing their play area as well. Thoroughly disappointed with chick fil a as a whole. **just wanted to add: the Oviedo location is still great and the play area is open!

Chick-fil-a has moved across the street now and the new location looks amazing. The drive thru is so much better organized and the dining room looks incredible.
