This is the most mixed service Outback ever. Sometimes my take out order is well done, hot, fresh, and my simple instructions are followed to a T. (EXTRA sauces & utensils). THEN WE HAVE OTHER TIMES where it's like nobody read my order, nobody thought to double check my order and now I have a sauceless Alice Springs Chicken with no utensils. I can be understanding if there were five orders each with alterations. But it was ONE order, with two simple asks. Get it together.
I was seated and served by Brandy! She was very patient and kind and took very nicely to the little things I asked for. I’m for sure making this my designated outback! The experience was amazing :) Vegetarian options: I’m vegetarian and they were more than willing to modify my order for me!
This was by far my worst experience at Outback , the steaks were small and the baked potatoes were so overcooked my dog wouldn't even eat them. By far the best thing about this meal was the Caesar salad. I have always loved Outback but I'm not sure what happened other than another pandemic downfall.
