Dinner with my family We ordered: 1. miso soup for kids 2. Eel roll with no veggie for kids 3. Takoyaki for kids 4. Sashimi Moriawase for the dad 5. Custom made roll for me: eel or shrimp roll with slices of avocado and imitation crab meat on top, sprinkled over with toasted crisp panko crumbs and drizzled with two sauces that’s spicy and sweet 6. Even my little man had to do his happy dance and asked if I could take him back to Kabuto again. Miso soup was on point, not salty like most other places makes it. Haven’t had the chance to try this spot out until tonight, and we have definitely found our new local sushi stop! We came for a quiet birthday dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the utmost phenomenal/personable guest service. The owner Brian, his prodigy Willam, and the lovely Tina were exceptional. Some of the best sushi we’ve had!
