State Fare

Music/band played outside. DJ/Comedy night inside. Nice size crowd. I'm not sure if it's the norm, but it was also Baltimore County Restaurant Week. The food....from the prix fixe menu, we ordered seafood quesadilla and crab devil eggs. Both were delicious. Our entrees included the parmesean crusted salmon and the blackened chicken with Crab. Again, both were delicious. For dessert, we ordered the bread pudding and brownies with ice cream. They were good but didn't stand out. Overall, we definitely enjoyed the meal. Side note...I had to request that the manager put the Orioles on at least one the bar's tv screens. Go Orioles!

My family and I visited this place on 6/25/23 about 4pm. I got Brussels spouts and they were good to me. I also tried honey old bay wings based on the recommendation of the waitress and they were blah. The buffalo chicken dip is creamy and good the pita chips is a great accommodation. The chicken strip kids meal was MASSIVE my grandchildren didn’t like it . I got the salmon and the ends were salty but the middle was bland I was not impressed. I had another party that accompanied me taste it and she didn’t agree maybe the appetizers I ate before this dish altered my taste buds. My family got the crab cakes and neither ate them in the restaurant. I tasted them and they were filled with fillers and not lump pieces. The presentation of the food was nice but I didn’t capture photos of that. The attached photos are after my food was boxed up. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were pleasant.

The good; great food and killer vibe. Beer selection was really nice. They have a cheese steak with freaking mozzarella sticks inside. The "why is this a 4/5 and not a 5/5"; Bit too pricey and there wasn't too much vegetarian options. Couldn't get a straight answer about what was in their veggie patty - settled for an appetizer hummus.
