Fantastic meal and amazing ambiance. Was particularly impressed by one of the seasonal menu items (white asparagus). I imagine seasonal dishes like that will always be a good choice at a restaurant like this.
The food and drinks at Spago not only come with their one-of-a-kind artistic presentation, but also savory. It is truly a delicacy! The best part is that Chef Wolfgang Puck occasionally makes a surprise visit at your table if he is in town. I am so glad that I got to chat and meet him in person. We even exchanged the signed copies of our books. The service there was attentive and personal! The whole dining experience at Spago was truly remarkable and memorable!
My husband surprised me with dinner at Spagos for our 40th anniversary. Spagos was one of the first places we frequented when dating so this was very sweet experience down memory lane. From start to finish Spagos staff treated us like royalty. We were greeted with champagne and sat at a very romantic and cozy table by the fireplace. Our tasting menu was over the top delicious and the presentation was that of fine art work. The service was as if we were the only ones at the restaurant. Every desire and request was anticipated and immediately met. An experience I’ll never forget. Thank you Spagos staff for making our day so very special.
