Highly Recommend. Chef Fuji is simply the best there is. As someone who has been able to enjoy the experience at Nozawa multiple times, I can easily say it is consistently the best omakase you can get. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the ambiance is perfect for any occasion. I've dined here for corporate events, anniversaries, and even solo. Needless to say, this is my favorite restaurant. If you're reading this then book it.... if you can find a reservation.
Love the small bar behind Sugarfish. Having only 10 diners at a time makes it feel very intimate. The service was outstanding, describing all of the dishes and how best to eat them. Sake and water were constantly refilled. Completely stuffed around course 18 or so, but every dish was delicious and ate everything served. Love having lobster at the beach, but the New Zealand lobster was some of the sweetest I've ever had.
