Sonic Drive-In

Never again. This was going to be the last chance we gave this location as they have long wait times and usually get our orders wrong, but we like to give multiple chances to establishments. We waited almost 40 minutes for our meal. 20 minutes in, a worker asked what we were doing there as no other customers were there and we were waiting so long. After 30 min., they told us they finally found our ticket “2 minutes ago” and began our order. After 40 minutes, they tried to deliver our items to a car that just pulled up.

Longest I have ever waited at a sonic before. Over 35 min for a slush and mozzarella sticks. Such a waste of my time during a beautiful day. Currently waiting still with the clock ticking past 35 minutes. I’ll never be back to support this location.

Avoid this poor excuse of a fast food restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for two combos. Tried to ask for a refund to be told they do not refund mobile app orders and I would just have to wait. Finally received the food to discover it was cold. Not Luke warm, but actually cold as if it was sitting for 40 minutes. Sadly I did not learn my lesson from my first experience with this business, and this was a second attempt. This business definitely needs new management or to be shut down.
