Bird Dog BBQ

If you have not eaten at or ordered from Bird Dog BBQ, do yourself a favor and stop reading this and go get some BeeBeeQ!!! The food is beyond good. The Savory smoked brisket is simply mouth watering delicious. It might be considered to melt in your mouth. It is tender and subtle peppered flavored but the smoke pushes it over the top. The smoke turkey is equally amazing. BBQ sauce offerings are exactly as rhea should be. Beans, Mac-N-cheese and salad balance out the meal perfectly. The baked beans are sweet and savory as well. Tender and cooked nearly perfectly. Mac is cheesy creamy goodness. I'm not doing BirdDog justice with this review. It simply can't be missed. They also cater and surprisingly the food serves exactly as it does in the restaurant. Every time we visit CO Springs BirdDog is tjs stop. Seriously every time

I used to love this restaurant. Now its dry and commercialized. Since I had not been to bird dog in a long time, I ordered about $40 in meats to try it all again. Brisket...dry. Turkey...dry. Pulled pork... dry. The sauces are good and honestly saved my meal. This place could be so much better.

This food is so good. They have a great menu. It’s very extensive. I don’t think this place is very vegan friendly. But the sides are on point. I love how they make them fresh most of the time. The wait is worth it and the employees here are amazing as well. Vegetarian options: HA!!!! Parking: Lots of spots around. Kid-friendliness: This place is awesome for kids.
