Some food we ordered was missing and the sandwich tasted burnt so I could barely get through a 1/4 of it. I didn't have time to go back and I didn't get a receipt with a number to call or proof of purchase for my order. Not going back. Would not recommend which makes me so sad because I love Arby's normally.
arbys most definitely did not have the meats. matter of fact they didnt have anything. they were closed. now i will accept some responsibility and admit i showed up outside of they’re posted functioning hours of business however this does not change the fact that they did infact not “have the meats” , so naturally i did what anyone else would do i meandered over to chic fil a only to find they too were closed for it was a sunday. thus being said i will keep all posted for i am planning on heading here soon ( during business hours) that is.
Sent my husband to get a Classic roast beef and cheese. Had a ton of roast beef and no cheese or sauce. Plus my curly fries were burn! Never again.
