This is our favorite McDonald's in the Colorado springs area. The restaurant is always clean and the employees always friendly. We occasionally Doordash in this area and this is a restaurant you can get in and out of quickly. Side note.. McDonald's, why do you mop your floors with a product that makes them so slippery??? All McDonald's seem the same. Customer's slipping and sliding. ????????
I just placed an order to go, I get home... And there are items missing!!! I don't know if I drove back up there, would I get my missing fries? I doubt it. McDonald's doesn't answer the phone so there's no way to know. Not the first disappointment here. This McDonald's is consistently incompetent. Shop at your own risk! McDonald's, you owe me $3.49.
McDonald's on South Neveda has improved a great deal. I'm not sure if management changed but it definitely has that feel!!! Thank you to my neighborhood McDonald's team for stepping up your game!
