Siam Noodles Thai Cuisine

I called around 7:00, asked what was in the veggie fried rice, they said “onions, carrots, and cabbage” and I was like great that’s everything that I like so i’ll take it. They say 10 minutes. I don’t get my food until about 7:20 (which isn’t long I just wish I hadn’t sat in there for so long if I could’ve waited in my car) and then I open my food, the veggie fried rice has all kinds of other ingredients like green beans, corn, egg, mushrooms, bell peppers. When I ate the veggies they were still raw, too hard to eat. Also, my rice wasn’t really fried. It was just steamed rice. I had to cook it myself to get the “fried rice” texture. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has serious dietary restrictions. I was pretty disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. Also would like to mention the price was pretty high and there’s no addition of the individual prices on the receipt so I have no idea what anything I got costs. This is my favorite restaurant in all of Midwest city. The people are always so friendly! The food is so good! I have not had a bad item on the menu.

I’m sure some of you will disagree with my rating on this place but to be completely honest there is really nothing special whatsoever about this place. Basic cookie cutter eastern food place. The quality of the food here is really nothing special at all. They use frozen vegetables, and extremely cheap meat (possibly frozen). Maybe those that disagree with this review have really never eaten a good eastern dish with actual fresh ingredients and they just don’t know there are better options out there. I could make the exact same dishes at home with fresh ingredients (not frozen) and feed 4-5 people for the price of 1 sub par meal at this place. I felt that this was cheap buffet food that was just made to order. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service tho. 5 star to the waitresses!
