IHOP

Friendly staff, young but wise to whats going on. Everything went well until food arrived. Supposedly I am a kid that deserves kids Mac n cheese ffrom a generic box, and my wife deserves the fresh made Mac n cheese. Asked the waitress whom just happened to be the manager on duty. She tried at first to deny that they were different, then she realized that we took notice. I asked "did ya'll run out of mac n cheese?" She says "uh, I guess so. umm, yup." As I point out the difference between the two dishes. "That's the kids Mac, and thats the adult mac." As she is walking away from our table, then returns with a plate full for my wife of the so called kids Mac n cheese.. OMG, what a joke. This place I have reviewed before and was somewhat satisfied. Now, I am just totally done with the bull..

Went there for dinner on a Monday night. Got seated fast. Then we sat there with a 2, 4 and 6 year old for an hour and fifty minutes with no refills, no food, no apology, no explanation. Finally I went up and said... if its gonna be this long I have to leave. Was told they were almost done and just had my French toast left. I sat back down and after another 10 minutes we just walked out. If you're understaffed i get that. Really, I do. But you guys need to be telling customers when they walk in "hey, just to let you know we have a 2 hour wait". Yall are setting yourself up for loss when customers keeps walking out cuz they had no clue it'd be hours long for a refill. And if you do make customers sit there for hours then your manager needs to be coming out apologizing to the ppl sitting there or at least check on them. Its just so insane. Honestly, I hope those of you working there just quit your job and find a good employer who will pay you your worth and treat yall with respect.

Was informed the food would take a while, that's ok. Didn't get all of my order, hash browns were black and burnt toast had no butter. Waitress didn't refill our drinks or even check on us. It wasn't even busy. Stood at the front waiting to pay for almost 10 minutes. Contemplated just walking out without paying.
