I ordered a #1 Double with large curly fries, large sweet tea and 2 roast beef sliders. Young lady gave me my order. There weight of the bag felt right, I pulled away. After I turned onto Air Depot I discovered the fries were not in the bag. When I came back, the same young lady did not believe me that I was missing them. Asked to see my receipt. The look on her face was not a pleasant one when she gave me my corrected order. She needs to check her attitude.
The workers are so so RUDE, I've been at this location multiple times and the women that work and take the orders in the drive thru are so rude, and they never get our orders right. I would stay far away from this Arby's.
I ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar combo and the sandwich did not have very much meat and was sloppy put together and the fries came out cold. I will not return to that fast food restaurant. Food : 2/5 | Service : 3/5 … More
