Taco Bueno

How can the card reader be down every single time I go here? This has started happening to me at multiple restaurants and it leads me to believe that’s the employees are lazy & cant handle their job. This has happened at Taco Bell as well. I love bueno, but it’s nasty inside this place any way. They never have any cups to put salsa in and they nevertheless restock the straws. I’d be willing to eat here again if it comes under new ownership Andy management

Terrible place to eat. The young man preparing our food was eating food at the same time. The manager had no clue and the staff stood around while orders backed up. The taco meat was cold because of using a microwave to heat the food. The chips and taco shells were stale even after to fix in the microwave. My suggestion to the owner is: fire your staff from manager down. Clean the restaurant top to bottom. If the owners don’t want to do this I would close the business.

Absolutely terrible. Everytime i go up here, there always seems to be 2 workers that do their best, work hard, and make sure the quality is consistent. But i believe it's extremely poor management that causes so many issues here. Drive-thru took 50 minutes last time i went, it looked like the manager was on their break when cars were lined up around the building and finally stepped in after it died down. You can tell the workers were super stressed and over it. Wanted to leave but couldn't back out due to the way the drive thru is designed so i was trapped.
