Shake Shack Country Club Plaza

There were about 6 workers and two patrons waiting for their food when we came into the restaurant. We made eye contact with a few workers in the back chatting. Then we waited in a line of zero people waiting except us for about 3-5 minutes. After we inconvenienced the cashier to finish chatting (I didn’t interject or anything they simply leisurely finished their chat all 4-6 of the workers) we placed our orders. I wanted chicken and my wife wanted a smoke shack burger. We were informed the fryer is off soo no chicken. I just decided on smoke shack and fries. When paying there was a prompt for a tip (I would offer a verbal advice tip but definitely not monetary at $21 for two single patties and a fry with a side of annoyed cashier attitude). The whole situation made me want to just leave because I could feel the lack of interest and overall attitude/vibe of the place reeked. Burgers and Fries were great. Get the bacon fries if you want to live dangerously. The meal is perfect when topped off with one of their delicious shakes. The place had a nice interior that was kept clean with an attentive staff.

Staff was super nice and helpful. The sandwiches are great but the cheesy fries were average. Will definitely go back for the sandwiches and lemonade. Unfortunately they were out of all the limited time shakes so I didn't get to try one. Maybe next time! Otherwise great experience. Parking: Parking was somewhat difficult but that comes with where it's located. There are plenty of garages within walking distance. Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs so it's easily accessible to handicapped individuals.
