Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Came in to get some food after shopping at flatirons mall stores , host greeted us great sat us down told us our waiter would be Tyler . 20 minutes later the server didn’t come over to greet us not sure if we order through the kiosk or what the deal was . Waited 5 more minutes and still nothing so we got up and left my youngest in tears because he wanted to eat there . The store was not busy can’t even think about the quality of service you get when it’s busy . Won’t ever go there again .

Always good food, good service, and quick at this location. Bathroom is also clean, and I like the atmosphere.

Ten minutes at the host stand to even get an acknowledgement or a hi. Three employees later we were offered bar seating, asked for a booth instead. Every table in the restaurant dirty. Server said they'd bus a table and get us sat. 10 minutes later, no table. Went to Freddy's across the street and had a better burger than I would have had at the robin. Service has gone way down hill in the past year. Perhaps is management treated employees as people, they wouldn't be short staffed or have walk outs.
