Absolute worst Popeyes I’ve been to, and that’s saying something. First off, it doesn’t matter what you order… cause they’ll ring it up correctly, but still not give it to you. Every time I come here they get almost everything wrong. Mostly recently though, I had a new experience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and go figure… they didn’t give me the sandwich. Just the side. I went inside after leaving the drive thru, where I had to wait 20 minutes prior, just for them to tell me they didn’t give it to me because they didn’t have anymore chicken breasts. Okay… so you let me pay for it, knew you didn’t have it, and proceeded to not provide an alternative? Makes no sense. The people who work here are the worst, and also give anyone who dares come in a ton of attitude. I genuinely am a super quiet person, and don’t complain, but man… this location sucks.

Blackened tenders take a few minutes of waiting but they're fresh, hot and delicious. Viridiana was great, you can tell she cares about customers and takes pride in her work which is almost unheard of these days. I don't eat fast food often but I'd stop in here any day.

Shrimp was half the size of the normal ones we get and fries that came with Neal were kids meal size. Sandwich we ordered was spicy they gave non spicy. Forget our drinks had to remind 2x to get them. Asked for ketchup 3x to get it. she told me total at window which seemed different than what I saw on drive thu screen (higher by a few cents). So I gave the exact amount she asked for and she came back and gave me a penny and said I gave her 1 cent too much than needed. What? Then acted like going to give it to me and pulled it back and put it in her drawer. Didn’t provide a receipt. Think the employee was high out of her mind. Others there didn’t seem to care. Looks like horrible environment, possible some shady or illegal stuff happening or maybe just complete incompetence. This was all through the drive thru. I won’t be coming back. All the reviews here are accurate based on my experience.
