P.F. Chang's

My daughter and I went for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. We ordered appetizers and drinks and the waiter left. He came back a while later and took our entree orders. We waited for what seemed forever for our appetizers but they finally arrived. Not one minute later our entrees came out. We said something to our waiter and he laughed it off and told us the manager would come take to us. The manager came over and was very rude about the entire situation. Covid killed a lot of things and P.F. Changs is one of them.

This is a smaller PF Chang's so plan accordingly for wait time. Location is in a mall complex in a safe area. They actually skipped our seating time by accident but when brought to their attention jumped right on gettibg us our table for 2. Our server, Becca, was friendly and attentive as you would expect from waitstaff. Food was up to spec and drinks were cold. No complaints. Only off observation was, like everywhere these days, staffing was short so they couldn't fill all available seats which we thought was a better tact then overloading the staff. We ate there a couple of weeks ago and I’m still thinking about the amazing food & service that we had. This is the only place I can have GF Chinese food and it’s always a favorite of mine. We has the best waiter, seriously he was AMAZING. I apologize if I am butchering this, but I believe his name was Azalea (I hope that’s somewhat close.) He had the biggest smile on his face the whole night. We will be back and hope to have him as our waiter again!
