Everytime I go to this location I order ahead, I text saying I'm on the way, and they have never had my order ready! What is the point of online ordering and texting saying I'm on the way if it's still a wait? Ridiculous! This time I took 15 minutes to get my order from the time it was supposed to be ready. Get it together.
Good food and great customer service. The manager Remi in particular is doing a great job running around and working like crazy but maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with both customers and his fellow employees.
Had 5 guys before with better service. Food was good as usual but prices were super high for my burger.
