The food has always been great with fresh Mancini bread. The staff is always really nice and my food is always ready in a reasonable time. I frequently enjoy the pick up service but it's a great place to stop in for a meal and a beer.
This is my fourth time ordering from this restaurant to pick up an online order. I rate it as low as possible. Every time you have to wait 30-60 minutes. They delay the order absolutely every time. And the girls at the reception absolutely do not care about you. Extremely terrible service. I do not recommend this place!!!
Jeanie, the manager, was rude and snappy as she approached us. She informed that it would be at least a 30-40 minute wait for a table as they are short staffed and busy. We agreed to wait but she wanted us to wait outside in our car (with young children and in the cold) despite more than HALF of the tables in the restaurant being empty. We were ok with a long wait due to short staff and just wanted to visit with family and sit down while we waited. There was no reason we should’ve had to wait in the car with a half empty restaurant. We even offered to order drinks from the bar while we waited. Disgusting customer service from a manager. We took our business elsewhere and were happily accommodated.
