McDonald's

Currently sitting at a Mickey Dickholes and just remembered the time that I came to the Pleasant Hills location and they gave me an severely undercooked burger, still red. Told me there was no way to get my order replaced unless I brought it back to them. Completely rude behavior on the part of the employees after serving me something that would’ve surely made me very sick. Wouldn’t eat here if it was free. If you want to take off of work for the next week and don’t mind getting a stomach virus you can get it here for about $5.

This place has some serious management and customer service issues, they are completely unprofessional, it's probably one of the worst places for you to try to talk to anyone. I have stood here and been stared at for over 5 minutes before while waiting at the counter, which is always closed, because I needed to go in and pay in cash. They force you to use the kiosk, which doesn't take cash, so then you get to feel what it is like to inconvenience an underpaid, obviously under trained(based on their service), staff member who is quite overwhelmed by the 2 lane drive through that is always slammed, to try to come to the closed counter to take cash. Why don't they just say now cashless? Why don't they have a register open if they are going to take cash. Why don't they still greet you and say "I'll be with you in a moment" then help you when they have a moment, instead of staring at you then acting insulted and telling you they are in the middle of something when you ask for help after 5 m

They refused the use the register, people were forced to use the kiosks that were frequently freezing. I saw two elderly women struggling and frustrating.
