The food is decent. If you go plan to wait a while. I pre ordered 3 hot subs. App said the order would be ready at 5:22pm. About 30 min after I ordered it. I’m sitting in the store as I type this at 5:38, with 5-10 minutes to wait still. Get better. Prob won’t be back to this location for a while.

Ordered one hot and one cold sub via the app at 12:20 and was notified to pick it up at 12:42. Twenty minutes for a cheesesteak didn't seem bad. Came inside at the designated time, and there were maybe two people waiting for pickup and three people in line ordering. My food was not ready at 12:42. In fact, it wasn't ready until everyone else cleared out, which was at 1:00. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff for the wait. First time at Jersey Mike's, and $10 for an average 8" (at best) sub, and waiting more than half an hour for it, is why I gave this 1 star. This was not a good value and not a great first impression. You're better off going down the road to Sheetz, and this is coming from a Wawa guy.

This place is always busy!! Coleman runs the show like a well oiled machine (give the kid a promotion, please!!!!). Stop by and grab a great sammich and some chips. They're so good the subway that was in the same strip is suddenly gone.....
