I went there yesterday and am so happy to have Tropical Smoothie as my neighborhood go-to. The Thai Chicken Wrap was delicious and the smoothie was healthy and filling. What a nice and friendly staff and service!
I love the smoothies and food from this company, however, this location can’t be trusted. I checked my bank account and notice a $14 charge. Which was weird because I specifically remembered the total coming to $12 and some change. I find my receipt and to my surprise, the cashier added a tip to my order without my knowledge/approval. I’ve never had this happen before at other locations so I know it’s not some new policy. Honestly, it’s just sad.
Ordered a salad a grilled cheese and 2 smoothies. Through the drive through. Took longer then you'd expect. And they forgot 1 smoothie but quickly made it right. Smoothie was solid. Nothing spectacular but good. Grilled cheese was really really good. I'd go back.
