If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered through Grubhub (there’s no way to add custom notes) contacted restaurant immediately after placing my order to give specific instructions. Tried calling at least 9 times, with no answer. Finally spoke to a manager who told me there was nothing she could do and to place a new order. She was not empathetic, nor did she care to help me. Spoke with GM got the same response. Never had a bad experience with potbelly until dealing with this specific location. Never again!
I have been going to this potbelly since they opened. Never had a bad experience but lately they have become the worst potbelly of them all! I ordered two apple walnut salads. They usually put the walnuts on the side and I asked to make sure they will be on the side. Once I got home they were in the salad and my daughter was not able to eat her salad because of allergies. I paid for extra apples, grapes and cranberries did not receive any. It was only like a tablespoon of chicken crumbs that was left in the bottom of the pan. To make it worse I was literally eating lettuce. The lady was skimpy on everything. They should let you see your food before paying! Worst experience ever!
First off, I just had a major surgery on my foot so that is why I ordered grub hub and from this location. I had really wanted soup, and my stomach has been messed up and I figured “ehhh I’ll try some soup I need to eat something.” Anyway, the food irrived bags sealed so I know this was not on the grub hub driver. Anyway, neither of the soups were there. Which I had done the soup and salad. I have also put photos below. I paid extra for Avocado in my farmhouse salad did not get it. I asked for no tomatoes and tomatoes were on there. I managed restaurants for a little over ten years and I bet money the employees were lazy, already had the soup put away and did not want to take it out so said “just forget it, it’s a grub hub order.” Also, the tiny cup of dressing for a large salad is ridiculous. Everyone has something going on… I really wanted some soup. Make every order a priority. I’m giving two stars because the chicken salad sandwich was amazing.
