Pizza Hut

The staff at the Crestwood IL. location are always friendly. Even on Memorial day when we had been working hard on our house to accommodate my mentally and physically handicapped brother. I ordered our pizzas online, went in to pick them up and was greeted by the most outstanding staff. The pizza was hot and made just the way we wanted. Thank you so much!

We tried to order no contact delivery, which I was skeptical about, but the website said that the driver would wait for the owner before they left. I was waiting close to the front door for a knock and it never came. I checked every 20 minutes. I went out to find raccoons eating my food. The delivery tracking still said it was on it's way. Not efficient or effective. I would not reccomend, find another pizza spot. When I called the person told me that if it's no contact then I wouldn't be notified when they were there.

Absolutely unacceptable standards at this place. I got what looked like a frozen pizza that was reheated again. It tasted bland. The sauce was sour like, the cheese was like some cheap mozarella, and the mushrooms were burnt! The bread was also burnt and just didn't seem normal. I thought I could get past all this but when I ate my stomach became mixed after an hour. I had to take an upset stomach pill to not feel like puking and because of the timing I know it has to be this! I will be reporting this to a health department. This is not the first time I have felt food poisoning in chain restaurants in the Chicago area. They are lazy, careless, or just don't practice good cleanliness! I do not doubt they will use old supply for the making of food in order to save money. Unbelievable. REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT OR COUNTY IF YOU COME ACROSS THESE IRRESPONSIBLE RESTAURANTS!
