Food was good but service has gone downhill. It takes a long time to get your food. And the girl working the area that you receive the food didn't offer me a tray when I told her my order was "for here", she just looked over at a stack of trays without saying a word as if to tell me, "get one yourself". Had to ask someone to come and clean my table when I arrived. This place has gone way downhill in customer service like most Portillo's.
When you're ready to get your Eat on an don't feel like cooking for Whatttt ever reason this is Truly the place to go it's the Perfect place to bring the kiddos it has a lot of Ole World Charm that's packed with history Perfect for yourself & Bigg Gatherings They're a Bit pricey Buttt I'm not complaining You get what you pay for ???? Love this company!! I ordered the spicy chicken meal with fries and chocolate cake shake for the drink.. the sandwich has this sauce, OMG!! ???? So delicious!!! The shake, literally had a slice of cake in it!!! Awesome staff!!! Amy the cashier who took my order was super nice and professional, kudos for the awesome customer service!! Wish I could give more stars!! I definitely will be coming back, thank you guys for making my day!
