Wingstop

Placed my order at 11pm online , get there and Anji Patel asked for my name , I tell her and she says you don’t have an order . I step to the side and 3 more people come in and she asks their names. She gives them their orders and then I try to give her the order number , she said they have had server issues and it’s not in the system. I asked if my card will be refunded because the charges went through. She said in 72 hours and that was that. Walked off and started sweeping , no sorry or nothing. Anji, a sorry would have been nice . You won’t get the opportunity to do me again !

This location is the ONLY one I wil frequent in the daytime. Oralisa is my fave-so friendly and kind. They put other surrounding Far South locations to shame!!

I did an online order at this location from their app and was charged and then was informed that the order was ready from the app so when I arrive they had no record of my order and was running around with confused orders so needless to say I requested a refund and will never ever return there or any other Wingstop because I noticed new owners or managers at two locations and the quality of the food is going down fast so be warned.
