Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don’t review often but just dropped $40 in the drive thru for my family and got home to find out two of the sides were missing, the popcorn shrimp were over cooked and over breaded and the three Mac and cheese sides I ordered for my kids were mostly over-baked/burnt scrapings. Tried calling to address and it just rang and rang and no one picks up.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had or seen at a restaurant. I was waiting in the drive thru and I could see the women making the food. She had blood dripping down her forehead as she kept touching it and then touching the food. She did this over and over again. I was in complete shock. I said something to the two teenage boys that were working the window. They agreed it was disgusting but I did not see them say anything to her or to go tell the manager like I had asked. The Sitting area was already closed so I could not go in to tell the manager and they phone was not working. I will never go to this restaurant again. If they have someone that is touching blood and touching food and not addressing it in front of customers, who knows what is going on where customers don’t see.

Horrible quality spicy chicken sandwich. Both buns were filled with grease and a tiny amount of sauce. Also missing 2 large fries that I was told were in the bag. This place wasn’t good before the fire but I gave it another chance hoping for better results. I will not be going back unfortunately.
