Chairez Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Went in with high hopes because of the reviews. But turns out the service was terrible, the menu was hard to read the food was absolutely horrible and my boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning. No body else ate more than 2 bites or we would all be sick. Definitely DON'T recommend!

This is our first time back in a couple months, we loved it before, the food, the atmosphere, the servers but coming in today, the food was not that great, the menus are hard to understand and read, come to find out they are under new management. I had more tortilla than I did beans in my burrito. The carne asada fries had more fries than toppings. The salsa was not good, and the chips were stale. When we went to pay, we figured out why they were stale, they are just stacked on each other uncovered. So sad we really enjoyed this place, but after this visit we won’t be back.

Placed an order over the phone.. Arizona burrito (like we’ve ordered before) got home and come to find out there’s no meat. Called and asked her about it and she said it doesn’t come with meat anymore-they changed their menu recently. All I got was an apology. Paid $11 for potatoes pico and cheese. What a rip off. Won’t be going here anymore.
