Papa Johns Pizza

Getting pizza from this location has been a joke for quite a long time I gave up for over a year and then try it again a few days ago. And same old same old. Told it was an hour for delivery as we're closing in on an hour and 15 minutes nothing still shows being prepared. I then call and they're telling me it just now came out of the oven and it's probably going to be around another hour or so. So once again I ended up canceling my order. There really is no point in trying to get pizza from here. I went with DoorDash and hungry Howie's and like service should be I got my food in 30 minutes.

I ordered several Pizzas to be delivered for the full fee and generous tip to a work crew we had in queen creek az. Your store manager cancelled my order without even calling me because she said it was ordered 10 min before they open the store! She nor anyone else even bothered to call, my crew went without lunch as a result. I did receive a worthless email that I read later in the day. I believe this is a true reflection of your company's lack of leadership and care for customers. You management team referred to me on the phone as, "unsympathetic" ~when it was clearly your own disregard and lack of customer care that allowed this to happen. The order was successful on line and I received the indication it was processed. I am appalled at your overall lack of performed, common consideration, and lack of leadership on the part of your company. Please ..... we do NOT need companies such as yours in our market, we will find superior substitutes in the meantime perhaps you can revisit

The manager is a complete d****bag We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks for Halloween 3 days in advance And the manager wouldn't make it Because corporate dropped them all at once. The manager hidden in the back and had a teenager telling all the customers that they couldn't make their orders. The manager had a leadership T-shirt on That must have been a Halloween outfit!!
