Our family enjoys pancakes on occasion. IHOP is fast but good at the breakfast arena. It does seem like the prices have increased, and the portions have shrunk. For example, a cup of black coffee costs about $3.75, and the cup is maybe 8 Oz. Luckily for the free refills. The food is as expected, and the service was good. They are short staffed as everywhere is.
I went in for my birthday stack of pancakes but was having problems with my phone. No problem, Amy the GM told me to have a seat and the cakes would be on them, no questions asked. The satff told me happy birthday multiple times and really made me feel appreciated and not at all rushed to leave. Coffee was also excellent
When we walked in to be seated, the woman greeting us at the podium was not very friendly, and didn't smile at all. Being the first person you see, a crotchety old woman was not a pleasant start. The waitress however, was so sweet, attentive, and quick!!! Parking: Construction was going on across the lot and I'm sure quite a few spots were taken up by the construction workers. I did see a few of them standing around one car.
