Pizza Hut

This is literally the 3rd time this has happened to me there! The dough is not cooked too much dough was used for this small pizza! It’s very thick! Yes I got a refund but for Christ sakes like why don’t the train the people better here! I know for sure they wouldn’t eat it so why give it to someone else!

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food was delivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes. The first time I called they person hung up immediately. Upon calling the store a second time and having someone actually answer, whoever answered only wanted to give us a $40 store credit for an ordered that was more than $40. This was a waste of money as we threw the food out and had to ordered something else.

Called at 4:30p with an $85 order for pickup at 6p. Arrived at 5:50p. Walked out at 6:20p with our order because they "got busy." We planned ahead so we wouldn't have to wait and our party would start on time. Totally screwed up our plans. Hadn't been back to this Hut in 6 months because they screwed up our last order. Won't be back. They get a hard F. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.
