Domino's Pizza

Placed a $100+ order online the night before for a work function and showed up at the scheduled carryout time and the manager said they had no record of the order and that it had somehow been voided from their system, even though I had been charged and had a confirmation receipt. The manager, Brandon, apologized and had the entire order (15+ pizzas with appetizers and desserts) ready in about 20 minutes. He also gave a 50% discount, which was very nice. It's hard to find hardworking young people to work in a Domino's nowadays, let alone want to be the manager of one. This location is lucky to have Brandon.

Ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza in the store. They said 30 minutes. I said okay. 30 minutes later, got the pizza and went home. Opened the pizza box and no buffalo sauce on the “buffalo chicken” pizza. Tried to call and nobody answers. Called the entire way driving back to the place to see if they would have a new one ready with no answer on the phone at any time. Walked in and told them what happened. They asked if I wanted a new one made. I said yes. They said 5 minutes. No “thank you for your patience“, no “sorry for the inconvenience and poor service”. Nothing. And still not answering the phone. Waited 15 minutes for the 5 minute remake. Never got an apology.

Wish I could give 0 stars! 1 star is waaaayyyyyy too generous. First time dealing with this particular store. As such, I made multiple calls to this store (which took a very, very long time for them to answer) before making an order online. I needed an answer to some questions about being tax exempt and how I can make sure this order wouldn't be charged tax. The first call went to a "manager-in-training" who didn't know a thing, not being able to answer simple questions. In fact, she just hung up on me when I pressed the matter further (great attitude as a worker). Now I'm angry. After calling back I reached someone different and asked the same questions and was assured that the online interface could address my tax exempt issue. He told me something about coupons and other discounts. I told him that that wasn't my issue; it was an issue of being tax exempt, not a discount; two clearly different things. He again assured me the website could address the issue adequately. Afte
