My sandwich didn't have anywhere close to what it was supposed to have on it. Literally only came with lettuce and tomato, no meat.
We got three sandwiches. Unfortunately the Cucumbers were more like thinly sliced pickles slices. They were see-through and they were not fresh. Live about a half an hour away so after we were trying to enjoy the sandwiches and found this out, called the store and they rectified the situation completely and satisfactorily. Will continue going back because this seemed to be just a fluke as we frequent this place often.
Ordered my sandwich online to be picked up walked in as was treated very rudely. Customer service is meant to be helpful towards the customer and is the very first time I’ve been to a Jimmy John’s where the respect of the employees was very intolerable. The bread was very dry. The wrong chips were put in my bag , location was dirty in the bathroom and on the tables had leftovers on them
