Amber Indian Cuisine

Little hidden gem that I only found after going to the mailing store next to it. I decided to try it as I love Indian cuisine. The paneer (Indian cheese) tikka masala was simply amazing. Full of flavor, and adequate size portion to fill you up. I also ordered garlic naan which was freshly made and very doughy and soft, unlike other places we’ve tried that were thin and crispy. We topped it off with our favorite drinks, mango lassi. Highly recommend trying it out.

Absolutely delicious take out! Loved that I could choose the spice level of the Tikka Masala. I chose spicy and it was absolutely perfect! The garlic naan is absolutely covered with REAL garlic and so soft and perfect. A new favorite! Will order again.

Goat Sukha is excellent, succulent goat meat and excellent flavor. Goat dum biryani is very flavorful and well cooked. Pepper chicken comes with 3 dosas tasted good . We didn’t like Chicken biryani , tasted close to Shan masala, which is more towards the tangy side. Overall good experience, staff is friendly.
