The wait time is ridiculously long for them to have 5 people sometimes more working the service line. I mean how hard is it to put the rice or chow mein slide it to the next person to put protein then slide it to the cashier to be bagged and rang up. So unorganized always a long line and wait time every time I go. Please reevaluate and correct it’s not hard nor should take as long as it does to fill a 3 compartment box with food

I wish I had taken photos before my husband threw it in the trash. Noodles were very dry, and the rice & roasted chicken (teriyaki) were mediocre. The pepper steak was tasty and the only reason they even scored a one, but you had to pay $1.25 extra for it. The portions were smaller than the one on Midlothian It was a waste of money. I tried to surprise my husband, but had to go pick up Chinese food so that he could eat and take his meds.

It’s not about the food , it’s about them wasting my time. I filled out a nice long application, I really wanted to work here and they wasted my time and interviewed me and the lady said she would call and never did , I called and finally someone answer after like 8 calls and said “we move forward with someone else”, I just want a job and people are honestly so annoying with wasting my time and energy
