Firehouse Subs White Oaks

Ist i had to acknowledge the lady at the register and she still did not greet me 2 I ordered 2 lg smokehouse brisket sandwiches at 7:21and did not get them until 7: 37 there was only 1 person a head of me i didnt get my sandwiches until. Because the young ladt helping thought it was more important to wipe down and clean tables in an empty dinning room first. This is my first and last time at this location. Dont go here unless you have time to wait and that's on a non busy night i'd hate to see a busy night. 3 people behind the counter and only 2 customers ... smh

This is the slowest and worst Firehouse I have been to. I have been 3 times. The last time, I was left standing at the register with 4 people working. They did not take my order or even acknowledge my presence.

The service was just too slow for my taste. I had to wait 26 minutes for my sandwich. When I opened the container, the meat and other ingredients were laid in there with sloppiness. I have seen busy places, and this establishment was not that busy. Half the people in there were just waiting for their orders to be completed. I do try to be patient and understanding. But this place seems to be more inept to function with excellence than most restaurants. Sorry, but I doubt seriously if I will be returning there.
